Born and raised in Maryland, Delia grew up watching her grandmother work as a real estate broker in some of the most sought-after neighborhoods in the Baltimore area. “I loved going to showings with her and exploring properties on the weekends,” Delia describes. These experiences gave Delia an appreciation for the hard work and perseverance that is required to be a successful realtor.
Delia graduated from Simmons University with a degree in Africana Studies and awards in community service and academic achievement. During college, she held important volunteer positions within various non-profit organizations including Phillips Brooks House Association of Harvard College and Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts.
“What really stood out to me about Gail and Ed was how much they do to ensure that Cambridge is a more equitable place for all people,” she explains.
Delia’s favorite part of the job is being able to see the properties and learn the histories behind them. In her spare time, Delia enjoys volunteering on political campaigns, reading historical fiction, travel and skiing.
