Originally from Annapolis, Maryland, Delia has long been drawn to the character and stories of
historic homes. In fact, her family became part of Scarsdale, New York’s rich history as longtime
stewards of the Griffen-Fish House—one of Westchester’s oldest homes, once occupied by
British General Sir William Howe during the American Revolution.
Delia graduated from Simmons University and was recognized for both academic excellence
and community service. During college, she held volunteer and leadership roles with several
nonprofit organizations, including the Phillips Brooks House Association at Harvard and Planned
Parenthood League of Massachusetts.
“What really stood out to me about Gail and Ed was their deep commitment to making
Cambridge more equitable and inclusive,” she says.
Outside of real estate, Delia serves on the Board of the Belmont Women’s Hockey League,
where she’s also a team captain and player.
